COLOUR INSPIRATION FROM THE BIRDS!

blogpost from DANCERS ROAD colour inspiration from the birds

It is a battle lost before started to try to imitate nature but getting inspired by it is a much more achievable goal. Maybe I say it to often but I LOVE vintage books and these beautiful colourful birds come from a book written by Don Harper in 1986. I like the color combinations  and I am already dreaming about making cushions in the colours the Pearl NeckAmandine (second photo) or painting my nails in the colours of the Chloebia gouldiae (sixth photo)! Were do you find your colour inspiration?
